Hazpro did a great job of taking care of the mold in our downstairs bathroom. They were fast, honest, and very professional keeping us well informed throughout the whole process. They were also a big help in working through the claims process with our Insurance Company as well and bringing our file to an approved resolution. Their team handled everything with great care. Our experience with HazPro Restoration was incredible. It started with a small renovation of the counter and tile in our ensuite bathroom. In the removal of the old tile, black mold was discovered, and due to this, our minor restoration evolved into a completely renovated bathroom. We now have a custom glass shower much larger than the original corner unit we had, thanks to the design and layout changes recommended by Matt and his willingness to listen to what we wanted and put everything into motion. We had a sewer backup and Matt was amazing. He spent lots of time with us explaining what happened and what exactly needed to be removed. The work was completed quickly and efficiently.
